About<\/title>\n\t<meta name=\"author\" content=\"Jeffrey Bilbro\"\/>\n<\/head>\n\n<link href=\"tufte.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" \/>\n<link href=\"latex.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" \/>\n\n<section>\n<h1>About the Annotated Edition of Margaret Fuller’s <em>Summer on the Lakes, in 1843<\/em><\/h1>\n<h3>Read our annotated edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/fuller.jeffbilbro.com\/index.php\/summer-on-the-lakes\/\"><em>Summer on the Lakes, in 1843<\/em><\/a>.<\/h3>\n\n<p>While there is a good print edition of Fuller’s classic <em>Summer on the Lakes, in 1843<\/em>, its lack of notes makes it difficult for students to follow Fuller’s many references and allusions. With the help of my students, I’m developing this <a href=\"https:\/\/fuller.jeffbilbro.com\/index.php\/summer-on-the-lakes\/\">digital edition<\/a> that tracks down some of these to aid readers in appreciating Fuller’s book.<\/p>\n\n<p>The text we are using is taken from <a href=\"\u201chttp:\/\/www.gutenberg.org\/files\/11526\/11526-h\/11526-h.htm\u201d\">Project Gutenberg’s<\/a> version.
